Youthful Tendency Disorder

Is YTD a new vaccine caused neurological disorder like autism, or just another made up big pharma money making scheme like "restless leg syndrome"?

September 27, 2000

REDLANDS, CA–Nicholas and Beverly Serna's daughter Caitlin was only four years old, but they already knew there was a problem.
Day after day, upon arriving home from preschool, Caitlin would retreat into a bizarre fantasy world. Sometimes, she would pretend to be people and things she was not. Other times, without warning, she would burst into nonsensical song. Some days she would run directionless through the backyard of the Sernas' comfortable Redlands home, laughing and shrieking as she chased imaginary objects.
When months of sessions with a local psychologist failed to yield an answer, Nicholas and Beverly took Caitlin to a prominent Los Angeles pediatric neurologist for more exhaustive testing. Finally, on Sept. 11, the Sernas received the heartbreaking news: Caitlin was among a growing legion of U.S. children suffering from Youthful Tendency Disorder.
"As horrible as the diagnosis was, it was a relief to finally know," said Beverly. "At least we knew we weren't bad parents. We simply had a child who was born with a medical disorder."
Youthful Tendency Disorder (YTD), a poorly understood neurological condition that afflicts an estimated 20 million U.S. children, is characterized by a variety of senseless, unproductive physical and mental exercises, often lasting hours at a time. In the thrall of YTD, sufferers run, jump, climb, twirl, shout, dance, do cartwheels, and enter unreal, unexplainable states of "make-believe."
"The Youthful child has a kind of love/hate relationship with reality," said Johns Hopkins University YTD expert Dr. Avi Gwertzman. "Unfit to join the adult world, they struggle to learn its mores and rules in a process that can take the entirety of their childhood. In the meantime, their emotional and perceptive problems cause them to act out in unpredictable and extremely juvenile ways. It's as though they can only take so much reality; they have to 'check out,' to go Youthful for a while."
On a beautiful autumn day in Asheville, NC, six-year-old Cameron Boudreaux is swinging on a park swingset–a monotonous, back-and-forth action that apparently gives him solace. Spotting his mother on a nearby bench, Cameron rushes eagerly to her and asks, "Guess what?" His mother responds with a friendly, "What?"
With unbridled glee, Cameron shouts, "Chicken butt!"--cryptic words understood only by him--before laughing and dashing off again, leaving his mother distraught over yet another baffling non-conversation.
"I must admit, it's been a struggle," Mary Boudreaux said. "What can I say to him when he says something like that, something that makes no sense? Or when he runs through the house yelling while I'm trying to balance the checkbook? You can't just say, 'Please, Cameron, don't have a disorder for just a few minutes so I can concentrate.'"
According to Dr. Dinesh Agarwal, director of child psychiatry at NYU Medical Center, such disconnectedness from reality is a coping mechanism for YTD sufferers. "The Youthful child is born into a world he or she does not fully understand," Agarwal said. "Their brain pathways are still forming, and they need to repetitively relearn how to assimilate into society. These disassociative play-fantasies apparently help them accomplish that."
But such fantasies come at a price, producing in Youthful children a disinterest in the everyday responsibilities of life bordering on contempt.
"Jesse knows when it's his turn to take out the trash. We've gone over the house rules a dozen times," said Richard Torres, a Davenport, IA, father of three whose nine-year-old son Jesse was recently diagnosed with YTD. "And still he neglects the job time and again."
Slowly, methodically, through an elaborate system of rewards and punishments, Jesse has shown improvement. But the road ahead is long.
"We get a lot of platitudes from the so-called experts," Torres said. "We hear a lot of, 'Oh, he'll grow out of it, just give it time.' That's easy for them to say–their kid's not running around the neighborhood claiming to be Superman."
Help for families struggling with YTD may soon be on the way. At last month's annual AMA Convention, Smithkline-Beecham unveiled Juvenol, a promising YTD drug which, pending FDA approval, could reach the U.S. market as early as next spring. Already available in France and Sweden, Juvenol, the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reported, resulted in a 60 percent decrease in running and jumping among users.
But until such help arrives, the parents of YTD sufferers can do little more than try to get through each day.
"I love my child with all my heart," said Alexandra Torres, Jesse's mother. "But when he's in the throes of one of his skipping fits, it's hard not to feel a little envious of parents with normal, healthy children."

Pot addiction leads to shooting rampage

Obama has put a hold on federal enforcement of anti-pot laws. States are legalizing pot for "medical" use left and right. More and more Americans favor legalizing this dangeorus, mind altering gateway drug.

Here's a quick reminder of what pot usage leads to.  As you read this news story, I want you to think about a very chilling question. What if this stoner had a firearm instead of a paintball gun?

Stoned teen jailed for paintball rampage

A stoned teenager who drove through New Plymouth taking pot shots at cars, people and buildings with a paintball gun, has been jailed.

Michael Jai Smith, 19, of Ratapiko, near Inglewood, went on the one-man rampage in late July after smoking cannabis. Smith fired indiscriminately at cars, houses, road signs and a pedestrian, who suffered bruising.

He was caught by police when he collided with another vehicle.

In New Plymouth District Court on Thursday he pleaded guilty to assault and "a raft" of driving, drugs and firearms charges, the Taranaki Daily News reported.

He was jailed for a year.

Confessions of a Dentist

I am so sorry that my profession is ignorant and causing so much harm to others. - David Kennedy, DDS, IAOMT affiliated Western Medicine Dentist

Dentistry, as a "medical" profession has not advanced much in the last few hundred years। The major change is they now give you anesthetic before ripping out a tooth or drilling holes in your mouth. Natural Hygiene practices, detailed in my upcoming book, are far more effective at preventing dental disease than anything a modern day madman can achieve.

I've long wondered what lead people to a career in dentistry, particularly pediatric dentistry. What leads people to enjoy inflicting pain?

What follows are some of the confessions of a real world dentist regarding the dangers of dentistry. Please be warned, some of this material will seem somewhat unbelievable or even shocking. Other confessions are a bit technical and can as a result take re-reading to understand. The dentist, David Kennedy, DDS, can be found on youtube under the user name davidkennedydds. These shocking dental revelations came from a series of discussions Kennedy had with a number of critics and supporters over the last few years. The picture he paints of dentistry is disturbing at the very least. He is affiliated with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) a dental apologist group whose goal seems to be deflecting away from the dental industry by focusing attention on obsolete practices that are dying out, such as the use of mercury in fillings.

Are dentists actually USEFUL for anything?

Tooth decay and gum disease are infections that transfer from mother to child or lover to lover and can be easily corrected with disinfection. But that doesn't make any money so why tell anyone:-( ... the bad oral bacteria directly linked not only to most tooth loss but heart disease, stroke, low birth weight babies, aneurism and even pancreatic cancers.

Both tooth decay and gum disease are almost totally preventable. Bad for business but good for you.
...
Dentist go to an ADA accredited school and learn NOTHING about toxicology.
...
Drilling a big hole in a tooth makes it weak and break later in life. Do not despair. I've seen a lot worse problems in my 30+ years as a dentist
On Root Canals and filings:

Root canals are efforts to retain a non-vital body part. Dentistry is the only profession that does this to my knowledge. Think about a dead toe for example.

Would you pay thousands of dollars to screw a dead toe back on, paint it skin colored, manufacture a porcelain nail to replace the one that fell off, deodorize it frequently because it smells? Or would you think that process insane?

When dead we have two choices:
A. You can be buried
B. You can be stuffed

Root canals are the latter.
...
Research has confirmed that regardless of how you try even specialists cannot make a porous tooth sterile.

Like a dead tree in the forest. . . once the tree dies the bugs start recycling the wood. Unfortunately the bacteria that dwell in dead teeth release hydrogen sulfide gas and many hugely toxic exotoxins are released from many but not all dead teeth with or without root canal.
...research has firmly established that you cannot physically dissolve and remove the organic contents of the root. Therefore you have to leave gangrenous pulp in the canal.

second and perhaps even more importantly the tooth itself fills up with periodontal anaerobic pathogens regardless of how thoroughly you disinfect the canal. A major problem as I see it.

You apparently can temporarily disinfect the roots with iodine but not long.
...
If you had a dead toe and wanted a doctor to remove it wouldn't that be the ethical thing to do?

What if they insisted on putting on new skin as it had turned greenish, making a fake toenail because the other had fallen off, screwing it on with titanium and charging you thousands of dollars?

Replace dead toe with dead tooth and you have dentistry's standard of care. Problem is the SOC. it is your choice not the dentists
...
If your only criteria for success is the absence of pain and the fact that the remnants of the tooth remain in the jaw for long periods of time then you are correct.

If you want a dead root full of bacteria that constantly produce hugely poisonous exotoxins then keep it. Measurements of dead teeth find that many of them leak these extremely poisonous small protein molecules into the body.

If your criteria for success is to not insult the immune or neurological system then root canals fail.
...
100% of root canals examined with DNA for bacterial content find substantial residual bacterial content. That is not to say they all caused the same pathology or even have the same organisms. Just be aware that leaving a dead tooth in the mouth provides a place for anaerobic pathogenic organisms to live and prosper.

There are 3 miles of tubules in an anterior tooth wide enough for 6 bacteria abreast. Good idea to try and make this environment inhospitable but again where is the evidence. ... Drilling a tooth down for a crown causes at least a 10% tooth mortality within 10 years in my experience. This goes double if the driller went to the School of Aesthetics and cuts into the face of the tooth 1.5 to 1.75 mm so their Hollywood smile can look perfect or at least until the bill is paid. Drilling causes hyperemia and kills the nerve.

Crowns are very good for kings and wallets.
On the Dangers of amalgam fillings, also known as "silver" or "Mercury" fillings

It has been shown in the peer reviewed scientific literature since 1926 that mercury vapor comes off set dental amalgam. ... Mercury was used as a diuretic because it damaged the kidneys and made you P lots. Today they use less harmful drugs but the fact remains that mercury is very toxic to kidneys.
...
Smoking Teeth needs no validation. This is a well recognized property of mercury/silver fillings. I too dislike liars and cheats who cloak their remarks in false science. What I have given you in 500 character increments is the evidence. You gave back doubt but no evidence. Where is your research published?
...
What we have here are the last vestiges of yesterday. research has confirmed that lots of mercury leaks from every amalgam filling ever made. These poor old befuddled dentists are making believe that 150 years of research hasn't proven mercury to be an insidious deadly health and nerve destroying poison.

Remarks about the angers of patients having an allergic reaction to dental materials
unless you are allergic? What dentist even knows how to test for allergy? What if you are allergic. What then now that you have several grams ... in your teeth?
Dentists and their assistants face unique health threats:

And the health problems of dental assistants and dental nurses have been studies in the scientific literature and they do indeed have substantially higher mercury related illnesses.

Hysterectomy, infertility, birth defect children are but a few of the documented side effects of dentistry's callous disregard for the safety of employees and patients.

Linda Jones et al. (Injury to) New Zealand School Dental Nurses, from occupational mercury exposure. Human & Experimental Toxicology
...
Dentists claim without reference that there is no evidence linking mercury from amalgam to any human disease. Linda Jones has now found exactly the same uterine problems in dental nurses as you've experienced.

I am so sorry that my profession is ignorant and causing so much harm to others.

Linda Jones et al. A 30-year follow-up of residual effects on New Zealand School Dental Nurses, from occupational mercury exposure Human & Experimental Toxicology, vol. 26, No.4, 367-375 (2007)

...

It's a crime in my opinion what dentists are doing to their staff and what dental schools are doing to the students.

...

I recently read the Material Safety Data Sheet for Dispersalloy for the California Occupational Standards Board. They were shocked. The amalgam filling materials manufacturer states with great clarity that inhaling the vapor can cause permanent neurological harm and is not recommended. Women exposed frequently suffer from infertility. By the Doctrine of Learned Intermediary every dentist who uses amalgam was suppose to inform the patient of these facts before implanting their mercury fillings. ... the dentists has long been legally and morally obligated to share this information but not just the recipient patients but also staff members and other employees who might come in contact with the mercury vapors.
Experiments conducted on children in the name of dentistry
the ADA has touted the unethical children's mercury poisoning study (no informed consent no mention of mercury) as proving mercury safe the data from that study does not support such a rosy assessment. Woods J. Environmental Health Perspectives in 2007 reported that both boys and girls lost their ability to excrete mercury through their kidneys. That is proof beyond doubt of harm to these children. They should be ashamed.
...
The complete data is not available to outside researchers the study but this courageous scientist disserves credit for publishing what has been proven.

Woods James et al. The Contribution of Dental Amalgam to Urinary Mercury Excretion in Children Environmental Health Perspectives Vol. 115, #10 October 2007

Proof positive that the orphans in the children's Mercury Poisoning With Amalgam Study little boy's kidneys were damaged and could not excrete mercury.

Removing toxic fillings can be even more dangerous than leaving them in!
DON'T HAVE YOUR FILLINGS DRILLED OUT WITHOUT PROTECTION. IT CAN KILL YOU. I recently learned of a physician who had a similar amalgam removal experience and soon developed IDCM. See my post below about the study by Frustaci that found 22,000 more mercury in the dead hearts than in a hearts with cardiovascular disease or a healthy heart.

At this level of mercury we can firmly say that it is causal. Careful protected removal and treatment of the mercury toxicity is the only solution.
...
I also know of a physician who upon finding out he had mercury/silver fillings went back to the same fool that put them in and just drilled them out. Within two weeks he developed ICDM (See my post) and had to have a heart transplant.
...
MERCURY CAUSES IDCM Frustaci A, Magnavita N, Chimenti C, et al. Marked elevation of myocardial trace elements in idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy compared with secondary cardiac dysfunction. J American College of Cardiology 33(6) 1578, 1999. Data showed that individuals who died with IDCM (idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy, the cause of young athletics dying during physical stress) had 22,000 times more mercury in their heart tissues than individuals who died of other forms of heart disease.
...
Get a better trained dentist immediately!!! Allowing a patient to swallow this hazardous waste is irresponsible and negligent at best. May be criminal. The IAOMT has patient protection protocols that prevent inhaling the fumes and dust which are far more dangerous than the chunks. Nevertheless anyone willing to have you est this stuff is not to be trusted. Go out and locate a new dentist who will protect you because getting mercury out of your body is nearly impossible.
On the dangers of other kinds of fillings:

Composites usually do not contain BPA. Some but not all contain Bis-GMA which may be converted to BPA in small amounts over time.
...
I retired from clinical practice at the turn of the century and so I may not know all of the new materials but there are many satisfactory ones.

I used a lot of gold and composite with no fluoride or Bis-GMA. ... Gold can produe an allergy as can composite. The latest concern is the BisPheonlA (BPA) found as a breakdown product of many composites. However, the toxicity of BPA pales in comparison to mercury.

Editor's Note: Are YOU comforted by the thought of you fillings being only marginally less dangerous than mercury?
Sealants that are made of clear or tooth colored composite plastic do not leak mercury. Many unscrupulous companies sell products that the FDA has never properly approved; varnish, cements, sealants and composite fillings laced with high levels of fluoride. The levels generated locally on soft tissue in contact with these materials is substantially above the levels that caused cancers of lip tongue liver and bone in rats and I strongly recommend against fluoride leaking restorative materials.
...
Composites do contain substances of concern.
...
Ceramic is fragile, short lived, demands extreme tooth reduction and although very biocompatible itself almost always cemented with composite.

Fluoride
Be sure to check with the dentist that placed them [fillings] as some add a time-release fluoride to the composite. This raises the risk of oral cancers and is unlawful in my opinion. There are no F compounds approved by the FDA intended to be ingested to prevent tooth decay. It is a carcinogen according to the original NTP results. Of course these findings were changed by the advocates for F expsure in Washington DC.
...
I will ask you for the scientific evidence that ingested fluoride is any benefit whatsoever. Three different courts in three different states found it did not exist.

Despite often touted claims of benefit (just like mercury) there is ample evidence of harm from ingesting fluoride.
...
Fluoride in our water is money and war. They generated millions of tons of hydrofluosilicic acid in making atomic bombs. Their disposal program, concocted with the help of ignorant dentists, is water fluoridation.

Did they know it would destroy the children of this nation? I don't know. They are all dead so no one to ask. ... As for fluoridation which delivers a dose of fluoride to an infant on a bottle at a level which causes visible harm that too has been rejected by the majority of countries throughout the world.
A unique murder-suicide aided by dentistry
Some kinds of exposure are much worse than others. For example you may drink liquid mercury and apparently experience a minimum of injury because mercury is poorly absorbed. If you took scrap dental amalgam and put it in a frying pan and heated it up you could kill a substantial number of people including yourself as one security guard at the amalgam recycling plant in Detroit did a number of years ago. He could probably have eaten the scrap and survived.

How does he recommend you remove mercury from your body?
Traditionally drug chelators along with nutrients like selenium and sulfur containing amino acids were the only choice and now a simple additive may actually help the body detox better than drugs. Oxidative Stress Relief (OSR) is available from a physician or dentist who only needs to order it for you as the inventor doesn't want just anyone gobbling it down.

If you have a known allergy to sulfur you should use with caution as this product contains not one but two sulfur linked amino acids.
Regarding those who discount the dental dangers davidkennedydds has discussed / confessed:
Kahlil Gibran wrote in the "Prophet" that, There are no eyes so blind as those that will not see. There are no ears so deaf as those that will not hear.
...
I can believe that the same people who brought us Katrina clean-up are able to orchestrate a global conspiracy. It is stupidity more likely. ... Fraud is knowing deception. Fraud is deceiving the public about what has been proven.

He [Alton Lacey] made the statement during the CDB's hearing into the safety of mercury which boiled down to their profound belief in magic and the fact that it has been used a long long tome and we have no knowledge of any adverse health effect cuaused by mercury.
...
Dr Bozo I am not your problem. Scientific proof you are harming your clients is what makes your skin wrinkle. You don't know what harm you have caused are causing so you attack with words the source of information.

In apparent support of the end of dentistry:
The bugs that cause stroke heart attack, aneurism and pancreatic cancer are often found in the mouths of children by age 10. DNA testing confirms that they come from mothers lovers and dogs.

The fact that they are found often does not make them normal unless of course you consider it NORMAL to have gum disease or heart disease.

Gum disease heals completely when these pathogens are destroyed exactly like every other known infection heals when the causative organisms are destroyed.
...
You are referring to the work of Steinman at Loma Linda. Weston Price showed the roll of white flower, white sugar, and white bread in tooth decay but there are at least three more factors. One is the physical health of the person, two the presence of Strep mutans and the other is the saliva or rather lack of saliva which is essential for protecting the teeth. Many drugs lower saliva output and thus increase decay rates enormously.
...
The cost of prevention is miniscule to the cost of fillings but sadly the dental profession doesn't care about that either. No money in prevention I've heard from hundreds of dentists for more than 40 years.

The cost of taking care of one person with Alzheimer's disease totally dwarfs the cost of dental care for many hundreds of people but because one is a medical condition caused by dentists and the other is an expense born by family the dentists and their henchmen the politicians don't care.

A strike against the gay agenda

This wouldn't even be suggested if teens were as into the gay lifestyle as many activists want them to be.

There's still hope for America if this sort of thing discourages teen smoking.

New Anti-Smoking Ads Warn Teens 'It's Gay To Smoke'

Of course the video is itself a parody, but it's the underlying MESSAGE that's important. This video exists because most Americans would find the images of homosexual trysts to be repulsive. The video highlights the fact that while the ad campaign is too over the top to actually be produced and aired, it would WORK if it were. Connecting smoking to homosexuality would drive American teens away from the habit.

The fact that a liberal parody source found this an appropriate video to produce highlights just how far the gay agenda has REALLY progressed. While they've made massive inroads in education and the MSM they have yet to touch Middle America.

Obama Ushers in a Republican Comeback

The Washington Post has the strange story of how Obama has managed to reverse most of the Republican losses of the last decade.

A Republican Comeback?

By Dan Balz
Are Republicans at a low ebb or making a comeback?

The question is prompted by the new release from the Gallup organization, which showed that the gap in party identification is now the smallest it has been since 2005. Democrats are still in the lead, but not by the double-digit margins they often enjoyed the past two years.

The whole mess hinges on independents and which party they identify with. As Obama's administration has worn on, stumbling from one failure to the next, more and more independents are leaning towards the Republicans instead of the Democrats. Democrats have, of course, tried to spin the hemorrhaging of support:

Democratic Mark Mellman said the narrowing gap is not unexpected, given some decline in Obama's popularity and the state of the economy. "One would expect the Democratic advantage to be down from its recent highs," he said in a message.

The article wraps up with this:

Gallup focused on the same attitudes. According to the organization's analysis, "Gallup has found that independents are more likely to oppose health care reform and to express concerns about increased government spending and the expansion of government power. Thus, the drop in Democratic support is partly a response to concerns about the policies Obama and the Democrats are pursuing."

The Republicans are still in trouble and more evidence is needed to draw real conclusions about the balance of power between the two parties. But if Obama's policies are causing independents, who were critical to Democratic successes in 2006 and 2008, to look more favorably toward the Republican Party, that should be cause for concern at Democratic Party headquarters.

Its pretty clear that Obama is going to be a one term president and that the mid-term elections are going to see him facing off against a Republican majority in both the house and the senate. Our nation's check and balances will neutralize him in short order, giving him a full two years as a lame duck president. We many not get the chance to impeach him for his Kenyan birth, but we can keep him from doing more harm.
