I love how you've painted a few albeit tragic events as being commonplace and described the British healthcare system as being 'horrific' despite, I imagine, never having had the privilege of experiencing their good care and attention. My mother has had nearly 20 operations which would NEVER be affordable under private healthcare, all without any adverse effects. My father receives any medication he needs free of charge since having his thyroids removed. A friends mother (at 67) was afflcited with Necrotizing fasciitis and spent nine months in hospital recovering from having 30% of her mass surgically removed, what would the bill be for that in America? How much would she be charged for the colostomy bags she needs for the rest of her life? Or would she have died while administrators sought out her insurance details? Another friends mother was given a hip replacement aged 80 - not much likelyhood of that being covered in America without a hefty bankroll to cover it now is there? Women actually travel from eastern europe to have their babies delivered here because of the high degree of healthcare - costing the taxpayer £22,000 a pop I might add. I myself am on the road to developing thyroid cancer and while living in North America, you can bet your sweet ass I'll be heading home for treatment, insured or not.

I found this reply particularly significant, not because the poster blindly assumes various health problems are NOT covered in the USA but because he brags about the fact that the UK is being ripped off to pay for the health care of foreign visitors and ex patriots who left the country for good. Notice the socialist bent to the post, how he brags about UK taxpayers being taken to the cleaners, claiming that this wealth redistribution is a good thing.

It says a lot about Steven that he considers the wholesale rape of his nation's economy to be a good thing, because Eastern European reprobates can have kids who will in turn live off the government dole. Why is an increase in the homeless and destitute population seen as a good thing by these people? Why do liberals advocate socialist health care so freely and happily? Why do they see their nation hemorrhaging money to pay for the needs of illegal immigrants as a sign that the system works?

The answer of curse is that the poster, while a UK citizen, has moved to the USA, and plans to return to the UK only for medical care. He thinks it's a good system because it means someone else is paying the bill. It won't even be his tax dollars used to pay for his own health care if he does go to the UK for treatment. He thinks it's a good thing because he isn't paying a dime for it.

He isn't even paying taxes into the system he intends to exploit. I can't think of a better illustration of what's wrong with a single payer, government subsidized health care system. This is what Obama wants to bring to the USA. Do YOU want America to become the planet's free clinic, offering subpar care to the entire planet?

Obama's first actions in "office"

Kenyan born US "President" Barack Hussein Obama has already made a number of disastrous decisions.

His very inauguration day was a disaster and his presidential oath rendered invalid when Obama refused to say the words dictated in the Constitution. He later retook the oath, this time refusing to use a Bible.

On his VERY FIRST DAY in office, he called a halt to ALL prosecutions of prisoners at Guantanamo Bay. This stranded all the detainees in a legal limbo, where military tribunals could no longer process them seeking potentially innocent prisoners. After years of bellyaching about the US refusal to release enemy combatants during an ongoing war, Obama started his administration by putting a halt to all efforts to provide justice and due process.

This also means prisoners of war who have outlived their usefulness to intelligence operatives can't be executed for their crimes. Not even the imprisoned masterminds behind 9/11 are in danger now. The question becomes, is Obama just setting legal precedents for the imprisonment of political opponents, or is this just a ploy to keep powerful and influential terrorists from being executed? Rumors have been circulating about the fate of these prisoners. Will they be housed stateside, where an escape would give them direct access to the very country they yearn to destroy? Will they simply be released, as Obama has implied countless times?



Finally, how does closing a secure facility designed to house dangerous prisoners make the USA safer? How will mixing elite Taliban fighters with the general population of US prisons make us SAFER? Won;t it just let them recruit terrorist on our own soil?



The White House Blog has been the pathetic disappointment everyone expected. No one thought it would be interesting or informative. It's lived up to this expectation and has proven little more than a resource for white washed press releases lionizing Hussein.


One of the promises Obama has kept is to hep offshore more US jobs to India. While many final arrangements will need the rubber stamp approval of the Democrat controlled congress, talks are already underway to move more US jobs overseas.

The dangers of deep cover liberals

The term "Deep Cover Liberal" refers to a liberal so dedicated to his cause that he's willing to go undercover, pretending to be a Christian or a conservative in order to humiliate the opposition. In the past I've accused Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church of being a deep over liberal, pointing out the way in which he goes about fighting the gay agenda only demonizes and ridicules efforts to fight the spread of homosexuality.

New York's Greenwich Village, the last place a real racist would survive long, has proven home to a new deep cover liberal. Ted Kefalinos, the owner of New York's Lafayette French Pastry started selling "Drunken Negro Face Cookies" at his pastry shop in New York City, allegedly claiming Obama would, Like Lincoln, be assassinated. He defended the use of the term "negro" by pointing out the word's french origin.

If this had happened in the American South or Midwest, it would have the sheen of believability. Outside of the coasts, America is far less politically correct and is perfectly capable of seeing a bad joke as a bad joke, and not a racist attack. The fact that this happened in New York City, one of America's capitals of political correctness, tells me the baker had to know how the cookies would have gone over. He had to know how the locals would react and he had to know he would be in trouble.

Ted Kefalinos has to know that trying to take a stand against political correctness where he lives is business suicide. He has to know this will destroy his business. The question becomes, WHY would he willingly destroy all possibility of making money at that location ever again? Why would he guarantee he'd have to leave the East coast if he wanted to make a living? The explanations are limited.

1. He really is dumb enough to try this in New York
2. He's sold the business already and doesn't care if he destroys it's value to the new owner.
3. He's a deep cover liberal, so dedicated to his cause he's willing sacrifice his livelihood for a chance to make a point.
4. He's already on the verge of bankruptcy and figured he'd go out with a bang.

In the end it matters little which it is. He's making Obama's critics look racist. He's moved the bar yet again, making it harder and harder to criticize Obama without being made to look like a racist. He's working hard to discredit anyone who would dare stand up to Barack Hussein Obama.

I've been quoted in the Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire discussing Obama's first failed attempt at taking the oath of office. What the article didn't mention was the deliberate and direct insult Obama offered to America's Christians by refusing to take his allegedly "official" second oath on a Bible. He claimed to be retaking the oath in an "abundance of caution" yet neglected to use a Bible.

Is the second oath legally binding? Probably. Was the way he went about it a direct and deliberate insult to American christians? Definitely.

My Blog has been getting some attention from atheists. Naturally, they're dismissive, but the reality is they're threatened by what I have to say. If they weren't threatened, why would they say "Moreover, the poison this bright mind spews in the name of his god should truly be outlawed IMO."

I don't know who this "Monster Machine" is, but I'd love to know what username he uses when posting to my blog, so I can address the questions he feels I've left unanswered.

A few weeks ago I posted a comic highlighting the fact that "scientists" are in fact, human, and not the unbiased observers the MSM claims they are. Naturally, a collection of humanists took issue with this. The author of the post is the university professor who had some spies steal a communion wafer so he could, in his words "desecrate it." There's something flattering in being criticized by a well known atheist.

What are the facts behind Flight 1549?

The official story is that flight 1549 from New York to North Carolina was struck by a flock of geese. Both engines caught fire and the plane crashed into New York's Hudson river. All 1594 people on board, including 5 crew members were rescued.

The official story is full of holes. I'm not about to propose what the facts are but I want people to know just how inconsistent and unreliable the "official" account is.

Almost 1/3 of the passengers where employees of Bank of America. What did they know about the bailout negotiations? If there were secrets about the condition of the Federal Reserve that came out in those negotiations, it would be convenient for any potential leaks to be silenced.

One of the witnesses is Barbara Sambriski, a researcher for the Associated Press news agency!

Most of the luggage was "lost" during the salvage operation. This would provide the perfect cover for the theft or destruction of something in the checked luggage.

This is only the second time in history all the people aboard a plane survived when it crashed in water.

Engines capable of 25,500 to 27,000 pounds of thrust are rarely destroyed by birds. Normally they just destroy the bird and keep going. Why would such an astronomically rare event happen TWICE to the SAME plane during the SAME flight?

The war in Gaza has been knocked out of the news rotation by the crash. Was this deliberate?

Sullenberger, the pilot, has military training and is one of the "safety officers" who developed the FAA procedures he used for the water landing. The landing gear would still have been deployed that early in a flight. How could the pane remain afloat in the Hudson with the landing gear doors open? The plane would have had massive holes allowing water into the aircraft!

How did rescue teams get to the scene so quickly? they would have had to already be deployed and running maneuvers in that section of the river for them to arrive so quickly. Were the passengers lucky, or did the rescue crews KNOW the crash was going to happen?

There was a multi-day gap between the crash and the first videos of the crash. In this day and age, why weren't the people with video uploading it to youtube within minutes of the crash?

One engines detached from the wing during the crash, It took days to recover it. Was it REALLY detached or was this a cover story to cover up time spent manufacturing evidence?

Why weren't the wings destroyed when the engines supposedly detached?

Why did the pilot turn down two offers for an emergency landing if both engines were on FIRE?

Why, when the black boxes were finally recovered, where they kept in coolers of river water, instead of being allowed to dry out so they could be opened and reviewed?



An Airbus A320 can only glide a fraction of the traveled distance without power. Flying as far as it did with no functioning engines would break the laws of physics.

Rescuers were ferries from the New York Waterway, which is owned by the Port Authority, which owned the WTC building before 9/11/2001

SUBA divers were able to get suited up and to the site fast enough to save all the passengers. It takes 20 to 30 minutes for an EXPERIENCED SCUBA diver to get from street clothes into scuba gear. Why were the SUBA divers not only already on site but suited up?

The media initially reported the pilot was offered the change to return to Teterboro airport, but he decline,d instead deciding to finish the flight. What kind of pilot offers to finish a flight instead of make an emergency landing with two dead, flaming engines?

Teterboro has been involved in some other unusual aircraft activity: On October 11, 2006, a small general aviation plane, a Cirrus SR20, took off from Teterboro, crashed in New York City at 2:42 pm local time. The aircraft struck the north side of an apartment building on the Upper East Side of Manhattan; it caused a fire in two apartments on the 40th and 41st floors, which was extinguished within one hour. The aircraft was owned by New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle, who died in the accident along with his flight instructor. The cause of that crash has never been determined, other than the ubiquitous "pilot error" though the NTSB never said who was actually flying.. BTW, Lidle was the third Yankee player in the last three decades to die in a plane he owned. (The others being Thurmon Munson, and Jim Hardin)

The divers checking the wreckage before trying to raise the aircraft are from the NYPD. Why is a group with NO expeirnce in aquatic salvage by AMPLE experince in crime scen investigation crawling all over the aircraft before it's raised form the river bed?

The Airbus crashed happened just hours after it was announced that Airbus had eclipsed Boeing in airplane sales.

It's been suggested that the story of a bird collision is only a cover for a terrorist attack, so as to avoid the humiliation of a terrorist attack as Obama takes power.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

The death knell of Global Warming

Remember those retreating ice sheets and glaciers that were supposed to be proof that the Earth was heating up like an oven?

The ice is back. ALL of the ice loss since 1979 has been reversed.

Each year, millions of square kilometers of sea ice melt and refreeze. However, the mean ice anomaly -- defined as the seasonally-adjusted difference between the current value and the average from 1979-2000, varies much more slowly. That anomaly now stands at just under zero, a value identical to one recorded at the end of 1979, the year satellite record-keeping began.

That's right, the main "proof" of global warming has literally frozen over. Thee is now NO evidence left supporting the claim. Somehow I doubt this will influence Kenyan born Obama's energy plans however.

Obama's inauguration day was rendered legally void by the failure to recite the constitutionally decreed oath of office. Obama's refusal to recite the oath was thinly and incompetently masked by a staged flub by the judge administering the oath. As a result, Obama failed yet ANOTHER constitutional requirement for the office of the Presidency.

Foreign born and now refusing to take the oath, no US employee is obligated to follow his orders, or indeed give him any more consideration than any other random, retired senator. I call upon my fellow Americans to protest Obama's usurpation of the White House, to demand accountability and answers.

I for one an not watching the event. It turns out Virginity Pledges DO work

Everyone remember the study a while back claiming kids who took virginity pledges were no less likely to abstain that those who didn't?

It turns out the study was a complete fabrication that cooked the books.

In fact, the only way the study's author, Janet Elise Rosenbaum of Johns Hopkins University, could reach such results was by comparing teens who take a virginity pledge with a very small subset of other teens: those who are just as religious and conservative as the pledge-takers. The study is called "Patient Teenagers? A Comparison of the Sexual Behavior of Virginity Pledgers and Matched Nonpledgers," and it was published in the Jan. 1 edition of Pediatrics.

What does that mean? It means if you compare the nation's most religious and committed teens to ones who take virginity pledges you find comparable rates of celibacy. If you compare kids who take virginity pledges to all teenagers, you find the kids who take virginity pledges are staying virgins while the degenerate teens are getting knocked up at a far higher rate.

The next step should be to take a closer look at the data claiming abstinence only education is causing an inrease in teen pregnancies. The people behind the virginity pledge research have been shown to be cooking their numbers. The anti-abstinence research can't be far behind. God's moral code will be shown superior to humanist self gratification foolishness, as soon as accurate data can be found.

Michael Swift: "Gay Revolutionary"

In 1987, Michael Swift was asked to contribute an editorial piece to GCN, an important gay community magazine, although well to the left of most American gay and lesbian opinion. A decade later this text, printed in the Congressional Record is repeatedly cited, apparently verbatim, by the religious right as evidence of the "Gay Agenda". The video Gay Rights, Special Rights, put out by Lou Sheldon's Traditional Values Coalition cites it with ominous music and picture of children.

When the religious rights cites this text, they always omit, as does the Congressional record, the vital first line, which sets the context for the piece. This Line, this tenuous and vague claim of "Satire" is used by many Gay Activists to whitewash the piece, to pretend it isn't real, to claim it's just the rantings of a frustrated man. The disturbing content of the article however, and it's obsession with pedophilia reveals a great deal about Swift, and his real desires.

This is not the only place where Gay rights publications and proposed legislation included attempts to eliminate things such as the Age of Consent. While the article is often painted as "satire" the actions of Homosexuals reveal it's status as a road map and a case of wish fulfillment.

This essay is an outré, madness, a tragic, cruel fantasy, an eruption of inner rage, on how the oppressed desperately dream of being the oppressor.

Does HIV really cause AIDS?

For as long as AIDS has been in the news, it's been maintained that HIV, a virus, causes AIDS, a disease.

In recent years, a good deal of doubt has arisen around this long accepted dogma. Details of this controversy came to my attention when a parish member requested we pray for a then ailing Christine Maggiore. She has since passed away, and an obituary of Christine Maggiore has left me with more questions than answers.

Christine, who had been tested as HIV positive, was doing volunteer work speaking at schools about the dangers of HIV / AIDS.

All that changed in 1994, she said, when she spoke to UC Berkeley biology professor Peter Duesberg, whose well-publicized views on AIDS -- including assertions that its symptoms can be caused by recreational drug use and malnutrition -- place him well outside the scientific mainstream.

Intrigued, Maggiore began scouring the literature about the underlying science of HIV. She came to believe that flu shots, pregnancy and common viral infections could lead to a positive test result. She later detailed those claims in her book, "What if Everything You Thought You Knew About AIDS Was Wrong?"

Maggiore started Alive & Well AIDS Alternatives, a nonprofit that challenges "common assumptions" about AIDS. She also had a regular podcast about the topic.

A blogger who commented on her death created something of a flame war with one of his readers. The poster cognitivedissident posted some very compelling arguments and studies showing the lack of proof to the claim that HIV causes AIDS.

For example:

I’ve never heard anyone rationally explain the results of Nancy Padian’s study, which followed 175 couples for nearly a decade and witnessed no seroconversions.

This basically means, despite an HIV positive partner, no one got any new infections, even when condom use was "inconsistent."

if you want to be exact, 282 couple-years of follow up and NO HIV transmission. 47 of the 175 couples admitted to inconsistent condom use throughout. Sounds like a frightening virus.

Padian can claim all she wants that HIV is sexually transmitted, but her study demonstrates otherwise. I can toss a ball up in the air, have it come back down and hit me in the head, and claim there is no such thing as gravity. But I will look like an idiot.

Or why HIV and AIDS are a heterosexual problem in Africa, but not in the west.

This comment elicited several racist replies implying native Africans are, basically, more deviant than Westerners. It doesn't bode well for an argument when racism is used to support it.

Weird! What a wacky virus!

The replies to cognitivedissident's evidence failed to actually counter any of his claims, but merely reiterated the "official" dogma. Cognitivedissident pointed out that their arguments assigned a "magical status" to the elusive and never isolated HIV.

The barrage was so severe the blogger who posted the original hit piece on the deceased Christine eventually wrote, "I have absolutely no stake in this issue, beyond my usual dedication to science-based medicine. I do not treat HIV or AIDS, research it, or have any financial stake in the question one way or the other."

The bottom line is that there's a growing body of research showing no causative link between HIV and AIDS. I recommend some further reading:

Obama wants to do away with the current health care system in the USA, and replace it with a single payer system. The United Kingdom already HAS socialist health care and as the Daily Mail reports, it's inefficiencies are often fatal. Here are some quotes from the article.

Starved to death in an NHS hospital: Damning inquiry highlights case of patient left without food for 26 days

A vulnerable patient starved to death in an NHS hospital after 26 days without proper nourishment.

Martin Ryan, 43, had suffered a stroke which left him unable to swallow.

But a 'total breakdown in communication' meant he was never fitted with a feeding tube. It was one of a number of horrific cases where the NHS fatally failed patients with learning difficulties, a health watchdog is expected to rule later this month.

Emma Kemp, 26, was denied cancer treatment that could have saved her life, while 30-year-old Mark Cannon died two months after being admitted to hospital with a broken leg.

Three other cases followed similar patterns, with warnings ignored or problems missed until it was too late, often because the patients had difficulty communicating.

Ann Abraham, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, is expected to deliver a withering verdict in her report.

The father of one man who died, who was just 20, said: 'People like my son are treated as less than human'.

'This is another deeply worrying example of how the Government has yet to get to grips with providing first-class care for everyone, including people with disabilities.'

Mr Ryan, who had Down's syndrome, died in hospital in Kingston-upon-Thames.

An internal inquiry by the hospital found that doctors had thought nurses were feeding him through a tube in his nose.

By the time they found out this was not happening, he was too weak for an operation to insert a tube into his stomach.

He died in agony five days later

Figures showed that the number of patients killed by hospital blunders has soared by 60 per cent in two years to a frightening 3,645.

An excellent goal in my opinion. Most the kids in my community are home schooled and have been for generations. It's not that difficult for a housewife to provide an education that exceeds the one children get in public schools. The fact that a parent can provide a Christ centered education makes it an even better option, particularly when the very mention of God is forbidden in public schools.

The New York Times reports that the Obama presidency will begin with a budget featuring a 1.2 Trillion dollar deficit.

Obama said “We expect that discussion around entitlements will be a part, a central part” of the budget process.

The article goes through Biblical and fissile records to demonstrate that there is NO evidence beyond atheist wishful thinking to suggest human beings evolved from anything else.

Your "argument" contains a major unstated premise.

You assume God always uses the exact same methods.

Yes, sodomy has been around for a long time, but for most of human history it was outlawed. The legal system took care of enough sodomy cases to keep those perverts in check. When the legal system failed and Sodomy became the norm in Sodom, God razed the entire city to the ground. Do you think it's an accident that San Francisco, with the highest gay population in America, has the most earthquakes of any urban center?

The rise of AIDS has coincided with the "successes" of the gay agenda, referred to by the liberal media as the "gay rights" movement. This correlation, the way AIDS has spread in reaction to societal acceptance of homosexuality, is proof of God's displeasure with the act and his desire to suppress, even eliminate it.

Sometimes it's just too easy to trounce and humiliate gay apologists.

According to the website of Detroit radio station WRIF, dated Nov 21, 2008, Mike in the Morning and others called the Kenyan Ambassador and discussed, among other things, the fact that Obama was born there. The ambassador said that they are planning to put a plaque in the place where Obama was born. If this is legit, and the station claims the call is, they just found out information that even Hillary wasn't able to get.
