Obama's inauguration day was rendered legally void by the failure to recite the constitutionally decreed oath of office. Obama's refusal to recite the oath was thinly and incompetently masked by a staged flub by the judge administering the oath. As a result, Obama failed yet ANOTHER constitutional requirement for the office of the Presidency.
Foreign born and now refusing to take the oath, no US employee is obligated to follow his orders, or indeed give him any more consideration than any other random, retired senator. I call upon my fellow Americans to protest Obama's usurpation of the White House, to demand accountability and answers.

There's nothing in the Constitution about taking the oath. The president elect becomes president at 12 noon, regardless of any oath being taken or not taken

I am a little confused as to why you assume that his presidency is invalid. Firstly the error was, at best, a minor issue since it did capture the spirit of the oath if not its literal wording. Secondly the mistake was Roberts', not the President's, and he can hardly be blamed for it. Thirdly regardless he was President BEFORE he took the first oath anyway since it occurred a few minutes after noon which is when he legally became President. Lastly he retook the oath with no error. I am not sure why people are wasting their time with this minutiae which will, at best, become an obscure footnote in a history book.
