A frightening quote
You know, I can't read the ... articles that are relevant to my practice [in Neurology] that come out every year. I actually reply upon other people to do the hours of work.
- Steven Novella, leader of the Atheist Skeptical Movement on the November 5, 2008 Episode of his podcast

Come on Alex, what was said in the "..." bit.
I give this blog a <50% chance of not being a spoof.
I could have put that better. This blog is probably a spoof.
At 36 minutes and 10 seconds into the
November 5, 2008 podcast, Steven Novella says the following:
“You know, I can’t read the 15,000 articles, like, that are relevant to my practice that come out every year. I actually rely upon other people to do the hours of work it would take to really digest a single article and then, to present that to others.”
It was always my understanding that ellipses are used to omit irrelevant info. In this case, it indicates the difference between reading Time magazine and reading the U.S. Tax Code.
Jigoo!!
Typical Cornswalled. Distort the truth, paraphrase, omit, take out of context... you name it.
Alexander usually misconstrues the truth.
Either that or he ain't too bright. Likely the latter.

Remember remember the fifth of November
Cornswalled, treason and plot.
I see no reason why Cornswalled, treason
Should ever be forgot...
