This is what happens when you legalize gay marriage

Convicted murderer is suing Boston demanding Taxpayers foot the bill for a sex change. The Correction Department and its outside health care provider have spent more than $52,000 on experts to testify about an operation that would cost about $20,000.

The homosexual is claiming the refusal to pay for his sex change constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

Perhaps the jerk was inspired by a separate case where a Judge ordered the state to pay for a sex change operation for the son of a drug addict.

Manhattan Family Court Judge Sheldon Rand said the city must provide the subsidized snip because the woman wannabe, identified as Mariah Lopez, had been in the care of the Administration for Children's Services as a youngster.

The judge said the agency has a duty to pay for all "necessary" medical care to the kids in its charge.

Rand ruled that Lopez suffers from a diagnosed gender-identity disorder and that surgery is the recognized treatment.

Wikipedia and Tim Henson

Matthew, One of my oldest friends is someone I've known since the mid 90's. When we met, we were very similar in our political and moral views, but over time he has drifted further and further Left, while I've remained grounded.

Inexplicably, we've remained friends.

He set me up with my first web site, and taught me how to use Blogger and Gmail. He even created my Digg account and showed me the notoriously unreliable Wikipedia. He introduced me to Podcasts, among them the perverse Distorted View. The fact that he likes Distorted View is an indication of just how far left his attitudes have drifted.

He's been very critical the last few weeks, furious that I've started a "war" with Distorted View, fearful that he'll find himself ostracized by the other fans (They call themselves "Freaks) if they learn he introduced me to the podcast.

Today, I received the angriest letter he ever sent me. I won't quote it here, but it's related to a story I recently submitted to Digg.com, "Podcast Star released from prison on technicality"

I'd gone to the Wikipedia article about Tim Henson and seen the following:

In 2001, while living in Indiana, Henson was involved in a domestic dispute which resulted in a criminal conviction. A key piece of evidence was an illegally intercepted phone call between Henson and his sister.[5] This piece of evidence was later ruled an unconstitutional invasion of privacy during the appeals process.[6]

I saw this as a great intersection of two issues that infuriate me, the continued existence of "Distorted View" and the Liberal "Privacy Hawks" and their lust to cripple Law Enforcement with red tape.

I posted one of the URLS to Digg.com.

Matthew "kindly" informed me that the Wikipedia entry was not accurate, that the Domestic Violence and attempted Murder charges were levied against a different "Timothy James Henson."

I sent him a follow up e-mail asking why the paragraph had not been deleted.
His reply was that the entry had been queued for deletion by Wikipedia and someone no doubt added it as a means of bolstering Henson's "references." Matthew didn't state this, but it's clear Henson was not deemed "noteworthy" enough to justify an entry on Wikipedia without lying about who he was.

Matthew admits that whoever added it did so in an obviously "misguided" attempt to help Henson.

I was wrong. I was lied to by an anonymous coward on Wikipedia, and was foolish enough to take Wikipedia as a source of any kind. I've been critical of Wikipedia in the past and now I've been burned by it. I should have known better than to trust it.

Podcast Star released from prison on technicality

The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled in June that illegally intercepted cordless telephone calls cannot be used as evidence in Indiana's courts, even when police play no part in intercepting the calls. Tim Henson (Host of Distorted View) was released from prison when key evidence, and "illegal" wiretap phone call, was dismissed.

Update:

There are some morons sending me e-mail and posting comments claiming that if she's married to a US soldier, she automatically gets citizenship, a green card or any one of a number of fanciful rights to let her escape punishment for being an illegal immigrant.

The simple fact is, the laws changed in the 1980's. Marrying a US citizen no longer gets you an automatic ANYTHING. You don't get citizenship, a green card or any other special consideration, except, perhaps, the name of a relative (Your spouse) who is willing to support you.

The law change occurred because there was a budding business in false marriages for the sake of easing the immigration process.

Surgery for sodomy victim

SURGERY was performed on Sunday to remove a coconut from the body of a man who was sodomised with the fruit during an attack by a gang of men.

A woman's place?

Methodists continue their decline

One the main force behind the Barnstorming Preaching of the Post Civil War era, the Methodist Church has become a haven for degenerates.

Witness the case of a cross dressing "minister" who was reappointed after it revealed it's perversions. Once a woman, this freak has undergone surgery so that its outward appearance bears a passing resemblance to a man.

And while we're on the topic of Methodists, why are they ordaining women in the first place? The New Testament makes it clear that women are not to assume a position of authority within the Church, yet the Methodists ordained this one. Were the pressures too great for the little girl, and did she decide to become a man in the hope of being stronger?

Do they even HAVE a surgery to make a woman a fully functional man?

Whatever else happens, at least we can rest safe knowing he / she / it can't produce a child of it's own. It's still a tragedy that this freak is serving as a religious leader, drawing more and more souls into the permissive, perverse world of Homosexuality.

Pedos and gays

I've taken some heat lately for my refusal to draw a distinction between Homosexuals and Pedophiles.

While I will admit that there are straight pedophiles, the fact that abolishing age restrictions from sexual consent laws is part of the stated gay agenda should alone be proof of the ties between Homosexuals and Pedophiles. The Gay press even promotes sex with children.

Let's look at some facts.

Kinsey never claimed 10% of the population was gay. He only claimed 10% of his research subjects claimed to have had at least one gay sexual encounter or fantasy. Only 1% to 3% of the population is actually "Gay" in the "Wants to live with a member of the same sex" sense of the term.

One article said parents should look upon the pedophile who loves their son "not as a rival or competitor, not as a theft of their property, but as a partner in the boy's upbringing, someone to be welcomed into their home."

Despite this, 1/3, or 33% of all sex crimes against children are men molesting boys. 1% to 3% of the population is responsible for 33% of the child molestation.

If Google asks me to delete content from the Blog, I will respond as necessary. I doubt they will censor me for political or religious beliefs as part of their corporate motto is to "Do no evil."

Alexander, I have read your reply to my email on your site. Regarding
the issue of the video being posted, you seem to think that just
because CNN shows it on their site, that gives you the right to show
it on yours. What you fail to grasp, and will likely continue to do
so, is that CNN owns the server on which the video is displayed. You
are using Google's server to display the video. That is why you have
violated the terms of service with Google, which is why they will be
investigating your site.

The video is actually hosted on Ning.com. That said, I've temporarily removed the post until such time as I can replace the embedded video with a link.

Furthermore, you have admitted on at least one occasion that you
regret calling Tim Henson a pedohpile, Unfortunately, your attempt to
whitewash the issue with a ham fisted apology still does not excuse
the fact that the posts in which you labeled Tim as such are still on
your site. If any user read your blog in which you call Tim a
pedophile but they skip over your "apology" then you are still libel
for slander.

Pedophiles and Homosexuals are one in the same. There is no distinction between them. Tim Henson has repeatedly produced audio and video glorifying and dramatizing pedophilia. If Tim Henson were to bring Libel charges against me, I would simply provide the judge with some copies of Henson's Podcast and videos. Only the most hard core activist judges would fail to see my logic when confronted with the actual program.

Finally, in your attempt and making light of the accusations I made

Most non believers see an awful lot of hypocrisy in the Christian
community. Personally, I stopped going to church due to the gossip
and blatant sin in the church. So, you can see how calling Falwell a
hero, calling Fred Phelps a front for gays, and your site linking to
the WBC podcasts as rather hypocritical. Furthermore, what ramblings
of a hate filled church could possibly enlighten anyone?

I am still on my mission to get you off the net. And so far, things
are looking up. I at least have Google checking you out.

Google responds to all complaints. If Henson were using Google servers, I would have been able to get them to check HIM out quickly. Henson, however, has chosen a web hosting provider that appears to be less concerned with the material hosted on their servers.

I have yet to be contacted by Google. If I am, I will respond to any concerns they have.

You stated in your posting that I want to erase you. Yes, that is
true. Not you personally, Alexander, but the kind of narrow minded

WBC and Me

Some of my more articulate critics have asked me why I linked to the Westboro Baptist Church's web site. I want to state publicly that I made a mistake when I did so. I have since removed the link.

I placed the link on my Blog at a time when I was soliciting the help of the WBC in my efforts to get Distorted View shut down. I'd previously received information implying that Fred Phelps was a plant out to shame anti-Gay protesters, but wanted to give him the chance to respond to those claims.

Today, I don't know what to make of the WBC and it's leader Fred Phelps. He professes that not just the Catholic Church is damned, but that all Born again Evangelicals are also damned. He claims to be a Christian, yet his church's primary spokesperson is his daughter, a violation of the order for women to remain silent in Paul's letter to the Corinthians.

Between the doubts raised over the leader's true motivations and his insistence that ONLY the members of his Church are going to heaven, I have decided to wash my hands of the WBC and it's members. I will no longer appeal to them for aid.

A Melbourne gay bar has been granted an exemption from the Equal Opportunity Act in a landmark ruling which will allow security to refuse entry to heterosexuals.

The owners of Collingwood's Peel Hotel, which came under fire in April for promoting a gay Anzac Day party, successfully argued to the state planning tribunal that banning heterosexuals from the club would prevent "sexually based insults and violence".

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal granted the controversial powers to the club last week, the Herald Sun reports.

VCAT deputy president Cate McKenzie claimed that allowing straight men and women into the club would defeat the purpose of the venue.

"This would undermine or destroy the atmosphere which the company wishes to create," McKenzie said.

"Sometimes heterosexual groups and lesbian groups insult and deride and are even physically violent towards the gay male patrons."

McKenzie said some straight women came to the club because they found the gay patrons entertaining.

"To regard the gay male patrons of the venue as providing an entertainment or spectacle to be stared at, as one would at an animal at a zoo, devalues and dehumanises them," she said.

"(This exemption) seeks to give gay men a space in which they may, without inhibition, meet, socialise and express physical attraction to each other in a non-threatening atmosphere."

A spokeswoman for the Victorian Gay and Lesbian Lobby Group told the Herald Sun that gay men at the Peel had been made to feel like "zoo animals".

"This exemption was not sought to exclude members of the community but to try to maintain a safe space for men to meet," the spokeswoman said.

"It's sad that members of our community would have to go to the VCAT to preserve their rights.

"This is one of the only free venues with live music in the area, so certainly some people may feel a bit unhappy about the decision."
