Global Warming a 'breach human rights'???

Liberal fear mongering has reached an all time high, with the news tat:

Northern Canadians believe that carbon emissions from the US have contributed so much to climate change symptoms that their human rights have been violated.

Let me guess, the pure, snow dwelling Canadians are somehow innocent of Carbon emissions? And let's not forget the fact that Global Warming isn't something most scientists even beleive in, but instead think we're nearing the end of the last Ice age.
